That's a lot! health wise is not a good idea, but there it goes...
I have loose wieght with many diets but some have been not good in the long run. The one that help me the most is the boxer diet: first I ran 60 to 75 minutes before breakfast, then you have to eat like 7 times in a day in small portions, this ascelerate your metabolism and help you with the hungry. Try protein in every meal. From morning to 3pm you can eat carbs, zero sugars or starch after that. Eliminate sodium so no soda (not even diet ones), that lift you with plain straigh water. Do some excersice at night (gym, aerobics, swiming). Metabolism booster pills also help me. At the end I end up with high cholesterol, but hey I loose like 40lbs in 3 months!

30 pounds in 2 months isn't healthy. Even if you do lose that much it will come back if you don't make changes to your life. Just cut out the junk food and exercise and don't think negatively about doing either of those. It took me about a year to get to a healthy weight and it involved a lot of hard work mentally and physically, but in that year I made changes that will continue to let me have a healthy lifestyle.

30lbs is a little more than what you should safely try to lose in a month. The most you should try to lose in a week is 2-3lbs. You would have to be losing almost four pounds in a week to make 30 pounds in eight weeks, which just isn't very healthy. You could potentially do it in ten, but you're going to have to be VERY diligent about running and eating well in that time.

Why is it that people always ask questions like this? For what reason do you need to lose thirty pounds in two months? Is it for the summer? Being healthy and exercising aren't two month flings, they're a lifelong commitment. There is no way that you can lose thirty pounds in two months without doing something detrimental towards your body.

The best kinds of diets are lifestyle plans like Weight Watchers. You lose a MAXIMUM of 3 pounds per week, but it stays off and is better for you in the longrun. Please don't go on any fad diet or nything that makes you lose really fast because you will regret it, please trust me. Slow and steady wins the race.

Exercise, cardio and muscle workouts to firm up.
Id look at cardio at least 34-45 minutes twice a day.
Then stop eating processed food....cook your own meals of healthy stuff.
Lay off the beer.
even if you dont lose 30 you will feel a difference and motivate yourself to reach your goal.

i think its really hard to lose 30 lbs. in 2 months. but just try to do some cardio 5 days a week and eat right.

WOW you have to be crazy but here is something that might help you do lots of excise like swimming,walking/running,bikeing,skipping,rowing that stuf and eat well like veges and fruit hope this helps and good luck
