I always have this problem after the winter. This time I have put on about 8 pounds and now I need to get rid of them in 3-4 weeks. This year I really don't have time for gym, I run every morning every other week (due to my work schedule) and I don't know if that has any positive effect due to 6-7 days of pause. I can exercise only when I'm at home. What should I do to lose this so unwanted fat. I'm 5.5 ft tall and about 127 pounds. Tnx :)

Drink a lot of water and in 2 weeks time you'll start losing weight. At first you'll feel like you've gained more but that's just your organism adjusting to new circumstances. Take two big glasses first thing in the morning than one glass half hour before every meal and two glasses two hours after meals. Drink also 2 big glasses just before you go to sleep. It has helped me a lot with my weight (I'm finally size 2:) and with my health. I have read that 85% of Americans are dehydrated which effects our organism a lot. Our organism is about 73% water and we really need to make sure we drink enough of it so it would set some balance in our health.
You should also cut on sweets and snacks, we don't realize how much of that we eat in a day.
Good luck

There's always time to exercise you just need to make it a must do! It's hard to fit it in your schedule because you don't work out regularly but you have to if you want to stay in good shape and good health. Try to go at the gym at least at the weekend first and during the week you can exercise at home but make sure you do the exercises for the whole body not just tummy like most people. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit. I hope you'll lose that annoying fat but you mustn't stop exercising after that.

In order to see, and keep, results, you need to stay committed. With that being said, saying you don't have enough time won't cut it. You can't tell me that you don't watch television when you get home from work, or do anything of that nature. There's always time. There are 168 hours in a week, and most gyms are open for, at least, 100 of those hours. You can't say there isn't enough time to go for, at most, six of those 100 hours. When I was a construction laborer, I'd get up at 4am to exercise. And why is exercising just an annual thing to so many people? Why not do it year round?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

could you maybe get a compact exercise bike and ride on it whilst watching the TV? Cleaning and gardening and supposed to be great ways to burn fat. Most importantly stick to fresh fruit and veg plus low fat foods. Good luck
