I've heard that applying lemon juice to skin discoloration will lighten these dark spots.

however, should i not go out in the sun after doing so? ive also heard that this only causes more discoloration. If i do happen to go out into the sun, will applying sunscreen over the treated area slow the effects? and should i leave the juice on my skin or wash it off after ten minutes?

milk is commonly used to lighten skin. Will this also treat dark spots?

I am very curious about something. How many people out there who have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, smoke or live with smokers? I have recently stumbled upon an article that says Carbon Monoxide Poisoning (which you can get from smoking or second hand smoke) may mimic irritable bowel syndrome. This is serious so please only serious answers. Thank you!

I have a terrible sleep pattern. Some nights a can't get to sleep before midnight, even if I try. But If I go to bed before Midnight, I wake up really early in the day (Like 4am) and then can't get back to sleep which ends in me being tired and wanting to sleep in the middle of the day, If I am home and not working, I do end up sleeping.
If I got bed after midnight, sometimes I still wake up at 4am and am groggy during the day. I have tried sleeping pills but they just make me groggy all day and only help with getting to sleep, they don't keep me asleep.
After I actually get to sleep, I wake up every couple of hours or even every hour, I can never sleep a full night through.
I also have bad nightmares sometimes.
I have seen doctors and even a psychologist about this and they just suggest sleeping tablets, which I know won't work plus I don't want to rely on them.
How can I get "normal" sleep with out the use of products?

It's not noticeable by looking at them, but i can definitely feel a difference when i feel one and then the other...i'm 17 years old, and im not sure if they're finished growing yet...but what happens if they do keep growing and it becomes more and more noticeable? i really love my breasts, and i think they look fantastic, but if it gets to the point where they don't look symmetrical, i'd be very insecure about it. what should i do?
