i have tried to change my lifestyle and eat healthy but the healthy foods are always so expensive. i keep falling into the same habbit, as soon as i get money for groceries i go to the store and buy all the healthy stuff; whole grain breads, fresh fruits and veggies,fish ect.. and then the food runs out and im broke and living off of maccaroni and cheese and top ramen. i want to eat and be healthy but is it possible to do that if your poor? i need some suggestions on what to do. please dont tell me to just get a better job either.

My friends baby has a red bum
she says its not nappy rash but its something different
but its like just at the bum when the 2 cheeks meet
its just red but the rest of her baby bum is just normal
She doesnt know what it is and how to get rid of it
She doesnt have a car and she doesnt want to have to take her baby to the doctor through the snow
so if someone can help it will be a big help to her

I know of a woman who is claiming to be in the middle of a lawsuit in New Jersey over the recent Ecoli outbreak. She told her daughters father that she was suing and that her daughter had been very sick but had never bothered to call him. Now she has told people she is sick of everyone else getting something for free-they said they hoped she had receipts to prove she was there-she said they have to prove she wasn't. Her boyfreind has just broken up with her and her family feels like she is in for a get rich quick scam. Her daughter will not eat anything besides chicken nuggets-ANYTHING! There is no way she ate at Taco Bell. This happened at one of the chains in Middlesex County New Jersey. Please let me kow how to find the owner to let him know she has been unfit in the care of her daughter in the past. Two years ago she had a case of ringworm that lasted for 5 1/2 months. She said why should she leave work for something stupid like that!

I'm 15, this is my routine. I'm not one of these hardcore body workout things, just a good moderate workout (for me) that will build muscle and thin down a bit.

200 bicep curls
100 bench presses for triceps
30 min on "tony littles" workout machine for cardio/legs
and a forearm workout
i try to do some situps also.

Is there such thing as your eyesight stablising as you get older, although i know as you get older your eyes get weaker? As i have been wearing glasses since i was 6, and wear contacts too - my optician wants to increase my prescription. I find my current prescription fine, yet i would like to know if i remain with my current prescription will this cause problems in the long run? My worry is that my lenses will keep becoming stronger...

My 2 yr old granddaughter has a red rash that covers her butt, vaginal area, her stomach and has spread to her chest. My daughter called the doctor and he told her it was a yeast infection and to use Lotramin. She's been with us for 24 hours and it has gotten worse even with Lotramin and is now on her chest. Her urine has a strange smell to it. Does a yeast infection cause that type of rash?

ok now im not like full of blackheads and stuff i just have mild acne.
I am ashamed to show my face to other students at my school because i dont have as clear skin as them. This acne problem runs in the family and i want to find out if i can stop it of shall i just let nature take its course. I want to get rid of at soon as possible. hi im 19 and i work in a small office and i have a co-worker who is really fat and sickly....she has diabetes high blood pressure and she carries a oxygen tank....yet she always askin me to bring her zingers/tinkies...and burgers to her on my way to work....i try to offer her salads but all she eat is the chicken and cheese and leaves the letteuce. she is about 55 and i think she has a serious eatin problem she always says she can stop eatin when she wants but she doesnt. i see her eat junk throught out the whole day. i am really worried about her health how can i tell her witout affending her. maybe im just over reacting
