You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here:

Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

When I was first diagnosed with Hemorrhoids two years ago, I was devastated and confused. My doctor insisted that I had to deal with it and that the pain that accompanied the Hemorrhoids was not going to vanish. I could not accept that. Having read a recommendation about this guide: https://tr.im/NaturalRemedyHemorrhoids
in an online forum. I can honestly say that it has been so helpful to me, my Hemorrhoids had vanished.

By the time you get to my answer, you will have a good idea of exactly what haemorrhoids are!!
Assuming you do have them, I'd advise you NOT to use Preparation H as there are much better products on the market. I've suffered from both internal and external haemorrhoids since I was about 20, and also anal fissures (and no, I'm not gay!!). Ruscoroid is a great cream, very soothing, and it smells good too. It's also white, and not brown and unpleasant-smelling like Preparation H. Ruscoroid also comes in suppositories. When I've had badly inflamed haemorrhoids, I've also taken tablets such as Varemoid (don't know if it's still available), or Daflon. Daflon works wonders, and has absolutely no side effects. By using Daflon and Ruscaroid, I've avoided having to have surgery, and am now able to keep my piles under control.

They are enlarged blood vessels that are caused from the pressure from straining and a few other things. When they get infected you can have a painful mess. Preparation H is just petroleum jelly with some vitamin added. Change your eating habits so you don't get so bound up and keep that area clean. If it comes to surgery, it has become in office in many cases.
