Do your hands also feel cold? It sounds like it may be Reynaud's Syndrome. Do you get headaches too? Do you take sudafed? Reynaud's syndrome is sometimes a side effect of these two. Still you should have yourself checked out by your doctor.

My Mom and Daughter have Reynaud's syndrome. It also affects my daughters feet. They feel ice cold. My Mom is always cold and wears lots of layers. My daughter wears ugg boots even in our house.

I think several things could cause it. If you are on medicine that causes vasoconstriction then your hands are not getting enough blood flow. If you stay cold, could also cause the same thing. Low oxygentation comes to mind to. Do you have feeling in them or do they tingle? See a Dr.
