I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts in September, after having them for a long time, and found out yesterday I now have one on my cervix, that is easily seen and felt during an exam. They also saw that my uterus is pushed all the way over to the left side of my abdomen/pelvic area and my cervix is pushed down to the left side of my vaginal wall. They didn't say much, leaving me a little unassured about this problem, but I am assuming that the cyst of my right ovary (which has been the most troublesome) has grown incredibly fast and large, and is pushing everything out of place. I do not have an ultrasound until December 6 and am a little stressed over this whole situation. Is surgery likely for a situation like mine? I formed the cysts while on birth control so that is obviously not a treatment option for me. I am 19 years old with one child, and want to have more. Anyone with info or experience?

I currently do not have health insurance due to a job change and was wondering how much a procedure like getting your wisdom teeth would cost out of pocket....My wisdom teeth have recently impacted and it's really an annoying feeling (of course my teeth wait to impact the only time in my whole life I don't have health insurance). Please do not recommend I get health insurance trust me I am aware, it is not a possibility for the next few months. Thanks in advance.

For as long as I could remember, I have felt like I'm fat, I look in the mirror and see fat that no one else seems to see. Lately, in the last month or two, I have been restricting my eating to 600 calories a day. I exercise as much as I can, I count every calorie I eat. I even cry if I see food most times...I don't know what to do...I see pictures of woman, their ribs showing and I want to look like them. I want to end up like that...I don't know whats wrong with me. I hate myself...Is this an eating disorder? Or is it just normal...

This is an on-going depression that takes all of the interest and joy out of her life. She is on anti-depressants and has tried most of them but they only work to a certain extent. I hate to admit this person is me because I like to try to deny it and then maybe it won't be so bad. But sometimes it is just too hard to ignore and takes over my life. Please, anyone who has some practical ideas, pass them on to me and I will be so grateful if anything helps. Thanks for your help.

From Wikipedia:
Exubera, inhalable insulin developed by Pfizer, was approved for use in 1-2006. In 4-2006, the UK's NIH advised against the use of inhalable insulin on the grounds that avoiding injections did not justify the higher cost of the new product, estimated at £1100 per year. The NIH recommended in 6-2006 that diabetics should use Exubera only if they could establish 1) a medically proven fear of insulin injections or 2) chronic problems with their insulin injection sites.

Novo Nordisk, filed a lawsuit against Pfizer on 8-2006, claiming patent infringement, seeking both compensatory damages and injunctive relief. Novo sought an injunction preventing the release of Pfizer's 9-2006 launch of Exubera. A federal judge delayed a decision on Novo Nordisk's request for injunctive relief until 12-2006 court hearing. Pfizer's answer contends Novo wants to deny diabetics access to Exubera because it's the only FDA approved inhalable insulin & would hurt Novo Nordisk's business.

I constantly count in my head...I have done it since I can remember. I count how many stairs I walk, how many speed limit signs. How many rows of this or that. If I can't find anything to count I count to 50 but if I think someone might be getting ready to talk to me I stop at 25. My boyfriend started noticing cuz he wants to talk to me and i tell him just a second cuz i HAVE to finish counting, he asks what I am doing and I just tell him i was thinking about something...Do I have OCD? If not what is it that makes me do this?
