Elevated levels of ALT often suggest the existence of other medical problems such as alcoholic or viral hepatitis, congestive heart failure, liver damage, biliary duct problems, infectious mononucleosis, or myopathy.

When you say all other medical indices are normal, do you mean your complete blood count (CBC) or liver function tests? If it's the CBC, you may need liver function tests for further evaluation.
