Can anyone tell me that is or has been on the injection as form of birth controll. Is it safe? How often do you have to go for the injection and do you still get your period?

I have breast discomfort all during the month, in only one breast is this normal? I don't have lumps or any other symptoms like nipple discharge etc.. It sometimes feels like when you pull a muscle somewhere, but I realize there are not any muscles in the breast, but thats what it feels like most of the time, a pulled muscle, it will often feel heavy and like a sunburn pain occasially. It gets worse just before my period and goes away almost completely during the 5 days of my period and than after my period ends starts to bother again. My right breast is also a inch or so bigger than the left. Not sure why it's the right side only, if it were due to menstraution it would alternate I've been told. But I've always had problems with overies on my right side and my right side near the overie is where I get pains before and during my period. I'am 43 years old.

So, I have been receiving treatment for my eating disorder for about two and a half years in total. In many respects I feel I have gained a huge understanding of how it came to be that I need to treat myself this way. I think it does serve a purpose, albeit in a dangerous way.
I do want to get better, but I think that my actual disorder has become worse throughout treatment so far.
When I started therapy I was a restricting anorexic, with very occasional purging. Since then I have lost and gained in cycles of anorexia and bulimia, and am formally diagnosed as purging type anorexia now.
I am 5foot 6 and currently weigh 93 pounds.
I guess I want to know is it possible to fully recover and be healthy after twelve years of this, or will I always have a residual problem? And also how much of my health problems will remain? I have not menstruated in over two and a half years, I have reduced kidney function, and I have an arrythmia.
Am I fooling myself by thinking things will ever be ok?

is there any point in circucission other than for cosmetic or medical reasons, surely if we did not need the foreskin why have it in the first place, i think parents who have this done to their children are guilty of maltreatment, i have heard all about easier to keep clean and women prefer it, and why is it usual jewish practice to have this done, and other religions have it done too i need genuine reasons to help settle an argument
