Some of the side effects: chest pain, depression or severe changes in moods, heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, vomiting.
Friends of mine that have taken these did lose a lot of weight but didn't like all of the side effects. When they stopped taking the pills they gained more weight back than they lost.

The best I did was 18 lbs in 1 month earlier this year.
Side effects: headaches, dizziness, dry mouth/cotton mouth, insomnia (even though I took it at 7 a.m. and went to bed at midnight), hot flashes. My friend who takes it faints when she goes out in the sun.

Insomnia, heart palpitations, high blood pressure. I lost a little bit, but I was mostly using it for the stimulant.

irritablity--it can help you lose weight but will only come back when it is stopped(it can only be taken for a short time because your body develops a tolerance to it) long term changes have to be made in your exercise habits and eating habits for PERMANENT WEIGHT LOSS.
