It depends whereabouts it hurts - top of the penis or not? You might have a wee (no pun intended...but it would do you no harm to consider that also - foodstuffs etc.) infection which can be solved by medication, caused by the passage inside the urethral opening, or maybe your glans are infected. The best thing to do is to get rid of that shyness and see your G.P. - as the man says, pronto, hermano! The longer you leave it the more serious it'll get.

U need to see a doctor mate and pronto.....I don't know much about what it shud feel like to ejaculate but Im sure it aint supposed to hurt!!!
