I have been getting pretty bad headaches in my temporal lobes and I never get headaches. This started like 3 weeks ago.
What should I do to help them or stop them before going to a doctor?

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and didn't gain any weight until last week. I found it a bit odd that I gained so much weight because I'd been working out a lot. Is the weight gain due to stopping smoking? Does weight gain happen that long after quitting? Is it temporary? I don't like that my pants won't button.

I'm getting depressed by reading stuff on here. Is there anyone who can reason for themselves without sounding like someone's trained brainwashed zombie? I'm not trying to insult anyone. If you're out there and consider yourself to not fit into that description, just say "here". I will feel so much better.

So, what happens in the brain that neurons decide that the brain should cope with the problem without the human himself? I was in a car accident some time ago and i was unconscious for like 15 mins till the ambulance came. I lost consciousness when i fell from the bonnet to the ground and hit my head. Today i was wondering - how the brain decides that it needs to switch off? I suppose the conciousness and the changes of it is controlled by the medulla.. But is it the hit, the pain or the shock of the whole situation that makes the neurons decide what to do?

I have been dealing with my own personal hell for sometime now and I cannot get this sinus problem to go away. So far, I've gone through three antibiotic treatments, prescription decongestants, and daily sinus rinses but to no avail. Has anyone had sinus surgery and if so would you recommend it? I sure would like to clear this up because my wife and my brother wrote a song about me, and it goes "Daddy's got a snot box, Momma never sleeps at night!" That's seriously how bad it is. Thanks in advance for the help!

sure i may be one of the smallest ones in the class at school but that definetly gives no one the right to make fun of me. I AM NO WHERE NEAR ANOREXIC AND I'M NEVER GONNA BE. the funny thing about it is every single person that has made fun of me before is either ugly or they are fat. even though they look a lot worse than me, wut they say really hurts my feelings. i'm not trying to act like i'm above everyone else but before people started to make fun of me, i really thought i was very attractive. but you know how it works, wen people say hurtful things over and over you start to believe wut they are saying. this one group of gurls who were all fat and hideous were making fun of me b/c my breasts haven't fully developed yet. i was like HELLO I'M ONLY 13 AND I JUST STARTED MY PERIOD THIS DECEMBER! now i'm about to be 15 this month (july) on the 23. my boobs have grown just at a slow pace though cuz i'm a late bloomer.

We have no savings, and our credit rating is getting worse each month, because I am not paid enough even if I work OT, and everything is so expensive.

We don’t live to excess, we need special food that she is not allergic to, we need to run air filters, we need to make co-pays for her appointments with specialist.

I don’t dare change jobs because of the insurance.

Can we just get rid of the rich people so the rest of us can get what we need.
She has not been officially diagnosed. We know she is sick and getting sicker, but other than Celiac, we don't know if she has Lupus, RA or something worse. We believe it is lupus, but there is no help until it is official, even if they are just not ruling out the more devastating options.
