ps. drinking milk or eating yogurt helps lose weight... just make sure you dont drink anything higher than 1 percent k.

Try yoga booty ballet, do a search, I heard it was fun, you wiggle and can pretend your a ballerina.

yes, there's a new phenomenon called "jogging", or " yogging", i think the J might be silent. apparently you just run, its supposed to be wild.
