I have been getting pretty bad headaches in my temporal lobes and I never get headaches. This started like 3 weeks ago.
What should I do to help them or stop them before going to a doctor?

Could be a number of things. Stressing about it will make it worse. YOu really should see a doctor in case it's something very serious. Better to be safe than sorry & since you're having them so frequently, it's just a good idea. Some things that MIGHT be causing the headaches: * need glasses (need eye exam) * migraines * stress * wisdom teeth * lighting (fluorescent lights anytime or bad light when reading) * computer eye strain (too often &/or screen glare) * sinuses/allergy (you can develope allergies even if you've not had them before) * something serious going on inside your head (see dr.) * caffeine or lack of (if you have caffeine & get hooked, then stop, you will get horrid headaches for about 5 days) * other

Has you diet changed at all within the last few weeks? Missed meals? That the first thing you need to thing about. Increase your water in take and secondly have you had any eye problems lately? Sometimes eye strains or allergies can cause headaches in the temporal lobes. Avoid Tylenol and aspirin use Motrin or ibuprofen. If this does not help make an apt. with your family doctor.

Need to rule out anything serious...but, if you have other symptoms or have bumped your head prior to the onset of the symptoms. Many things usually appear with the common headache. Mainly sturctural. Need to determine if there is a differential in the degree of rotation of the head, one side to the other. Many other signs which would indicate pressure on the nerves of one or both sides You also don't indicate your age..

In other words, this could have been building up for many years. Finally has reached beyond the line of chronic to the acute state.

I command healing and all pain to flee in Jesus name. I speak peace and stregth and love into this person right now, and I pray lord that your tender mercies would flow on this person, and that your salvation would be spread,... thank you Lord in Jesus name... amen.

Temporal lobes? Sounds like an acute infection to me. Go to the doctor and get some antibiotics.
