I am 14 years old, 66 inches tall, and I weigh 127 pounds. I'm large-framed, too. Very much so. Technically I'm slightly underweight, or very underweight if you take into consideration that I have 13% body fat and I am as strong as my Dad. I workout for one to two hours 5 times a week, and do some form of exercise (mostly vigorus) with my friends and/or family every day. I am also one of the biggest health-freaks I've ever seen. I rinse off pickles, read nutrition facts for fun, and think of iced tea as a treat.
Nearly all of the people I know have called me skinny minnie, super-skinny, or a tad too skinny at least once. 3/4 of the people I know have said I'm just right, perfectly shaped, or very fit/muscular multible times. Now, there is this lady at chuch that is always telling me stuff like "You have such a pretty face, you'd be so pretty if you lost some weight". It is really hard to ignore her, and I want to try and gain a pound or two without being harrassed each Sunday. Help?
