It works great! That is a fast. Don't listen to people who don't know and who have never done it. I have done it many times for anti-aging. See this webpage with quotes from the New England Journal of Medicine and 10 MDs saying how good it is with more info on doing it.

Plus home page has best foods to eat to be thin.Tells of one guy who lost 180 pounds in just over a year fasting on weekends plus a study done on fasters losing weight.

None that I have ever heard of were very safe. Plus you gain all the weight back and more later. Simple healthy balanced small meals frequently with plenty of fluids and exersize is the best way to go.

It might work at first, but would throw your body into "calorie conservation mode" and screw up your metabolism and make you LESS able to lose weight later. I wouldn't try it.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will get sick....... your body can not survive on only water. Just eat healthier and exercise.
