anything over a 102 101 is low grade 102 is high grade which may be a infection of some type with 101 use Tylenol recheck in 30 min 102 soak in temped water and seek medical attention

This question is too vague. For a normal adult, anything over 103 or any elevated temp above 99.5 for more than a day or two.
