There's a way to increase your height. They call it a wheel stretcher. They use to use them in the mid evil day as a means of touchier. To their surprised people were made taller. So one of them got the bright ideal. Why not make some money. So they passed it on word to month about the wondrous new contraption that could increase a person's height. They cleaned up on this new adventure. No need to say I am an heir to this wondrous contraption. I might trade it for something of value you have. You know what I mean. Well is it a deal. Just think you will be taller and also have a good time. Give it a try.You will be taller and you may like it.

You can increase your height by doing an easy yoga stretching exercise every day.
1. Stand straight, arms at sides, feet almost together. Take a deep breath and raise arms high as possible. Raise your rib cage.
2. Slowly letting out breath, bend forward a little at time, letting spine and back muscles relax. Let gravity pull your arms and head toward the ground. At first you may not reach further than your knees. Each day you will drop a little more until after a couple of weeks you can touch your toes. DON'T STRAIN. Just allow muscles to relax and spine to separate naturally.
3. When you have bent over and released your breath, take another deep breath and VERY SLOWLY return to standing position with arms in air. Release your breath as you slowly bring arms back to sides.
This may sound too easy and not helpful but I have done it for 40 years and I am same the same height I was in high school. This exercise not only improves your posture, but deeply relaxes you and actually "stretches" your spine!
Try it and see.

Here's the deal, Depending on your age, 18+ you're basically screwed so come to terms with it, and enjoy your life without you're hieght affecting it, because it simply doesn't matter. If you're under 18 and and I mean like 10 then just wait, if you're anywhere in between and you are seriously worried about your genes not kicking in then there are routes available through a medical professional, none of which are pleasant. You can jump until your head hits the ceiling but it won't help in fact it'll hurt your chances by making the cartilige in your knees and ankles age quicker, so please by all means don't try it. Yoga is an acceptable avenue but it streghthens an lenghtens Muscles not bones so you growth will be minimal. My best advice is: Don't let your height bother you, you'll find out that being who you are is more important, and in time you will be proud of your height. And if you haven't figured that out yet; you will when you are ready to accept yourself before trying to please others.

I really don't think there is anything to increase your height. Depending on your age, you may grow a little taller, or not. If you are young there is still hope, but if you have already reached a certain age, then you are stuck where you are honey. Be happy with who you are and what God gave you. Not everyone is the same, thank goodness, how boring would that be if we all looked the same? I used to be self-consious about my appearance when I was in school. Opposite of you, I wanted to be shorter and smaller, like everyone else in my age group. But a 5ft 10 in. and 140 lb. senior class female does tend to stick out in a crowd, especially one with red hair and an identical twin sister of the same heighth. Walking down the hall with my friends I felt like a giant, at least a head and shoulders above the rest, even the boys. But eventually I outgrew that and now am proud of my rather large frame, i'm still taller than most of the girls I know but I dont let it bother me. Everyone has something about themselves that they don't like. But you are who you are and there is a reason God made you the way he did. I think he made me like this because he knew what a tough road lay in store for me and wanted to make sure he gave me enough strength to be able to carry such a heavy load. I'm also really handy in the grocery store, when I go shopping at least one old lady always asks me to help her with something on the top shelf! Bottom line is this: Be proud of who you are and what you look like, stand tall and hold that head up and walk with self-pride. Good things are coming your way!

Hi there,
The Champ here! Hummm, you want to increase your height? Then CLING to a rod or something and dont let go till you feel a slight ache/pain in your shoulders. Stay put till you dont get exhausted. Do it for about a month in the mornings.
Or, you could play Basketball. This helps a lot in gaining height.
Or, you still could just go for cycling. Grab a bycycle and ride it at least for 45min to an hour. It also helps a lot in increasing your height.
For all the above exercises, you at least need a month of dedication, determination and descipline to see the results for yourself.

There is a surgery being performed somewhere in Asia to help augment the height. Of course, this will require a lot from a person. There are always high heels, slimming outfits, and good posture to help a make a person seem taller. It is a matter of projecting yourself. Don't forget to take calcium also. This would help prevent osteoporosis and the eventual shortening of a person when they reach old age.

I don't think wearing high heels will help. You can't always wear high heels, can you? I think you should try eating a variety of foods. Try doing exercises and play sports that require a lot of jumping, like jump-roping and basketball. I heard that if you jump up and down a lot, you can grow taller. Also, do a lot of stretching do stretch out your bones, but this may not help if you're over 18. When you become an adult, your bones are not able to stretch easily. One last thing, you have to eat a lot. Even though you can become over weight by eating a lot, it can also go to your height. I hope this helps you, but you know, being short is not that bad...

Literally is not possible Jesus said so, but you can always appear to be, little bit of high heals not much, if you wear long stripes, something cool not easy to find, but that will help, try to use light colors, and if you wear thigh clothes try loosen up a little bit, find out how the hair helps I know there is a way too but sorry don't have a clue there and what ever you do never use shoulder pads or those things that make you look square.

I didn't bother to do all of the research, but I believe there was indeed a device invented sometime in the Middle Ages (possibly long before), that might have suited your needs quite well. "The Rack", I believe, it was nicknamed.
Although I doubt many originals still exist, chiropractors across the country have employed a modernized version of "The Rack" to relieve spinal compression, pinched nerves, etc. If that fails (or isn't covered by your health insurance policy), do what I always do when I need to stretch out and relax: Contact your friendly neighborhood dominatrix. :)

Darling, one thing is for sure - jumping a lot doesn't help.
It's your genes, you can't rewrite those.
Why do you want to be taller? Being short is not bad at all. I'm 5ft1, so I know a bit about being short. I look younger (which was annoying when I was a teenager but I've "grown" to like it), men tend to be nice and protective and I can stretch my legs on a plane when sitting.
Try to see the advantages, shortening all those pants is not such a big deal.
