I am just kinda looking for a lil support! I have completly changed the way I eat and have been walking for an hour about 4 days a week. I am not losing much at all though. I have lost 5 pounds in the past two months, and it has held there. I am very excited to have lost that but I want to keep going, but it seems I'm stuck. I was jsut wondering if this had happened to anyone else or if there is something I am doing wrong. I am starting a work out routine with 5 pound weights that I want to do about 3 times a week and I have a belly dance video that I amd also going to start to do as well. Just to keep myself moving!! Because if I stop I know I will go in the wrong direction! But back to my question, is it in my eating. How many calories should I be eating a day. I have no clue how to do the whole calorie thing at all. All i know is that I eat healhy and drink tons of water. I need help?!?!?!
