It certainly depends on which country you're moving to. If you're relocating to Peru, you will need a doctor visit and get your hepatitis shots. If you're going to Thailand, bring some Larium, which your doctor will prescribe to you for Malaria. Most countries in the Northwestern Hemisphere do not require vaccinations, check the State Departments website or visit your doctor to make sure which vaccinations he may recommend and which may be required either upon entry into the country you're visiting, or upon return.

YES!! You never know what you will run into in another country. Also you may have some natural resistant to diseases you have been exposed to but no resistance against strain in another part of the world.

Yes definitely, go to your doctor within the next week so you can get any boosters you might need. Tell them what country you plan to go to so they will know what shots to give.

If I'm not mistaken, depending where you're going you will be required to have certain shots before you enter the country. SO yeah, by all means get on top of that ........soon. LATTER!!!

That would be wise to do...just in case something was to happen...or you to catch something...you are caught up. Also I would check and see what shots you would need over there..if they are different. try killing 2 birds with one stone...
