I dont think that anyone is completely "mentally healthy" We all have inner demons we have to deal with..some people are just better at hiding them.

The internationally agreed symbol for mental health is a red ink stamp on the back of the hand that reads the word "sane" surronded by a red, wide line, rectangular stamp impression.
The green tick is also recognised as OK, and the rest is paperwork.
