If that was true I would look like a baby! I'm 65 and have been doing it since I was 12. I don't look a day over....uh 64...so maybe there is some truth there. I think it keeps our minds younger anyway and there is definitely some truth to the old saying "Use it or lose it!" so just keep on jackin' you dudes of all ages! Dr. Feelgood has spoken!

well im 44 and look 34. but i think that is down to genetics.. but if it was really true then i would now be a small baby again!!!

no, but it may give you peace of mind and perhaps sence of well being at least for some time.
regular ejaculation may help the individual as married person lives longer than batchelors.
