Eat slow and chew your food A LOT! You're probably swollowing a lot of air. Also avoid any gas-producing foods, like beans! See a doctor for the best help.

You might want to exam the time of foods you are eating and what time of day that you are eating them. Before your first meal of the day, drink a glass of water to wake your system up. This starts up your metabolism after a long night's rest and let your body know to be ready for feeding. If you don't your system is still asleep from the overnight lack of use when humans sleep and so it will be slow in knowing what to do. This sluggish work will make the food turn into gas becasue your body was not ready. Notice what your are eating. Avoid an overabundance of beans. Better yet, invest in a bottle of Beano.

On average, a person produces about 14 farts a day. Women fart almost as much as men, it's just that men take pride in it. People who swallow a lot of air fart more than those who don't. You can reduce this by chewing with your mouth closed, not gulping your food and drink, and stop drinking through straws which always put more air in your system. Chewing gum, smoking, and carbonated drinks also put more air into your system. However, certain illnesses and diseases do cause excess flatulence so you might consider speaking to your doctor.

Adult Americans, on an average, fart 14-23 times a day. It is natural. If you inadvertently should fart in public, the correct think to do is to say, "Pardon me." You do not need to be embarrassed and you owe no more explanations. Everyone farts : EVERYONE! Your date showed poor manners by making you feel embarrassed. It is proper etiquette to make your guests feel comfortable, not ashamed.
Also, if you think you are farting more often than normal people do, you might ask your doctor if it is possible that you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The symptoms for it include, gassiness, bloating, constipation and diarrhea.
Good luck.

But in the given case that it is more gastrically inclined, you should see a physician or avoid those foods that give you stronger attacks, if you will.

Maybe, you need a b_u_t_t p_l_u_g!
And, I would suggest a little super glue to lube it well, before inserting.
Tip: Gas = Flatulence
Expand your vocabulary. Sounds much nicer than "I fart all the time".
And, lay off the freakin beans! LOLOL
