I'm 20, 5'0tall, 131lbs...is it crazy that I should try jenny craig? I'm not obease...just not exactly as thin as i would like to be...do you guys think this will work for me? i want to loose 20pounds.

When i was in LAbor with my first son i had a epidural. Two days later i went home and had to return because i was getting headaches so intense that everytime i would stand up i felt like someone was hitting me in the head with a hammer. Seriously! So when i went back to the doctors they told me my spinal fluid was leaking as a result of the epidural and causing such headaches. So they clogged the hole by putting blood there to clog it. Now i am exsperiencing them again just not as intense. I asked the doctor what i could do and they told me nothing but take tylenol because it was more then 3 years ago. Tylenol does not work for me and niether does any other over the counter meds. Please tell me something that could help. Or what you did if you exsperienced it.

I dont wear very much makeup, only masscara and lip gloss and I only ever wear vanilla body spray and lotion but almost all the woman i know do and some will spend 100 dollars easy on perfume. Most actress on tv/movies wear alot as well Do you men find this attractive? I think it covers up what people really look like ever see them without makeup the look totally differant and it feels horrible on the face or it does to me. so is this what guys like ?

i was told that i may have been hexed or cursed by a negative energies generated from people i may know...
do you believe in hexes and curses and has anybody ever met anybody who has been cursed?

i dont know but it seems to be a justification as to why my mind has lapses etc...i was told that mental blockage is a key symptom of black magic?
the majority of people will say it is psychological but does anybody actually believe it?

My best friend in the whole world has suffered with bi-polar for the past 5 yrs. In the beginning she was put on Depakote and then weaned from that and was placed on Lithium. Over the last two years she has had manic outbursts and had to be hospitalized at least 2 times. The first hospitalization a psychiatrist took her off one of her daily doses of Lithium (she had been on 4 a day for years). The second hospitalization she was put on Ambilify along with the Lithium. Approximately 3 months ago she switched psychiatrists and the new one is giving her Welbrutrin XR along with the Lithium and Abilify and she just saw her doctor yesterday and he wants to wean her off of Lithium to go back to Depakote and Tegretol (she took Tegretol yrs. ago and made her sleep all the time). She is super depressed now and has no desire to do anything but eat and sit around. Are there any other newer medicines that could possibly help her out than the ones already on the market?

ok, i'm not quite an insomniac. nor am i nocturnal.
to put it bluntly, i am a PM PERSON. meaning i'm awake (well, mostly) from 12pm to 11:59 pm. & 12am 'till 11:59, i'm dead. i cannot keep my eyes open even if my life depended on it.
is there a known name for this?
& if not, can we call it "______somnia" after me?

I am emotionally abused by my parents. They scream at me and put me down with insults. I can never live up to what they want me to be. I get straight A's in AP and Honors classes and I play on club sports teams, but it is never enough. They always tell me its not enough and I need to do better, but I don't know what is better. They also blame me for problems around the house, for example, my dad is a little OCD with cleaning, but my mom keeps the house messy, so my dad blames me for the mess around the house, even though I hardly ever "hang-out" downstairs and I never keep anything down there. Somehow its my fault for their mess, everything is my fault, even though I'm not involved in it. I'm tired of it and it is making me severely depressed. I've tried to confront them a couple times, but they deny it. For example, I asked my Dad to stop yelling and screaming at me and that it wasn't my fault but he would yell I'm not yelling at you! i'm always hearing women saying they feel guilty after eating chocolate, cakes or candy. just wondering what does it mean? i eat many of these things and i feel fine. maybe if i didn't share with anyone else, i might feel guilty, but from eating?, no not me.
