smoking can effect everything about how you move and live each day. one thing, it hurts your brain and your lungs causing lung canser in the future. it slows you down and kills your liver and other parts of your body. its best to just stop all together. I know its hard to do that. but maybe you should hangout with new friends that dont do that so you can not get the craving of starting all over again
