When i was in LAbor with my first son i had a epidural. Two days later i went home and had to return because i was getting headaches so intense that everytime i would stand up i felt like someone was hitting me in the head with a hammer. Seriously! So when i went back to the doctors they told me my spinal fluid was leaking as a result of the epidural and causing such headaches. So they clogged the hole by putting blood there to clog it. Now i am exsperiencing them again just not as intense. I asked the doctor what i could do and they told me nothing but take tylenol because it was more then 3 years ago. Tylenol does not work for me and niether does any other over the counter meds. Please tell me something that could help. Or what you did if you exsperienced it.

I had an epidural also when my first daughter was born and the headaches were really severe. I still have headaches and my daughter is grown up with kids of her own. Tylenol is not good for anything so don't waste your money buying it. It never worked for me. I usually take 3 Aleve or 4 Advil to even touch the pain of the headaches and sometimes that don't help either. Your headaches could be caused by something else. High blood pressure or high blood sugar they both cause headaches. Ask your doctor for some Imitrex they help with migraines and I have taken them but only when the pain is so unbearable that I start feeling sick. Or try the Advil and Aleve. Good luck.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. For headaches and migraine i give all my patients FEVERFEW. It's a herb that has now been recognised to work very well.I was using it long before the the medical profession recognised it. You can take it in capsule form or 2 leaves of the actual plant 2 or 3 times a day. You MUST take it in either form after/with food. The leaves are put between a slice of bread as they are so bitter and would harm the stomach if taken on their own.
It takes a while to get into your system,so don't expect an overnight cure. You can get the capsules from any health store

one million. When is the final time you had a headache? Couple of years (steady one) two. What did you are taking to your headache? Advil three. When is the final time you had a hangover headache? About per week in the past four. What labored for this headache? Time five. What does not paintings in any respect to your complications? Banging my head towards a wall 6. Do you get stupid complications or throbbing complications? I more often than not do under no circumstances get complications. When I do (steady ones) they're more often than not stupid. A scorching bathtub or truly well therapeutic massage works wonders. A chiropractor would possibly support too to get you again in running order!

feverfew is natural aspirin, so if tylenol doesn't work, I doubt that feverfew will. Did you have an MRI or a CT scan? Are these migraines? Do you get visuals or sensitivity to light and sound? After I had my baby I got migraines all of the time. Now I take 4oo mgs of B2 (riboflavin) and hadn't had one in three years. You have to take them everyd ay though. There are studies about it. no side effects - you just pee out what you don'e need - they are water soluble. Look up migraine cures in a holistic health book and see what you can learn.

My suggestion would be a holistic approach. I am a Lisenced Massage Therapist and i reccommend you try a massage technique called cranial sacral. Not every massage therapist offers this modality but if you find one who does it does amazing things for you and you will alleviate your migraines significantly. Even general massage will alleviate alot of your pain.
