I am making a afgan with granny squares. I have never been able to figure out what to do with the tails of yarn on the back. I have tried weaving them, but they always come out. Anyone have any suggestions? The afgan is so pretty on the front.

i want to start my own business using my own designs that i sketch with pen/pencil then transfer the designs onto paper. that way i can use the same design for many different pieces (sort of like an assembly line) is there a paper (and cheaply) that you can use to transfer art that you draw so i can transfer it to tshirts and jeans, so that the outline is there and all i have to do is color it in with fabric paint? thanks :)

My brother told me I could have half the proceeds if I can sell his Star Wars collection. He has the Darth Vader storage head, Ewok City, and about 100 little figure guys. Some are in decent shape, but most are "well loved," some with heads that got glued back on. I looked at ebay this morning and got discouraged. I found a place called forcecollectors.com that looks like it could be good. Does anyone know anything about this site? Or others like it?

Someone told me the last time I posted this that the "older more rare stuff" was the only ones that were worth money. These are original 70s-80s toys, and most likely the rare ones are in better shape, because like Luke and Lea and R-2 D-2 and them are the ones I remember him playing with.

I'm looking for collectors' sites. NOT ebay. these look like they're going for about $1 apiece there. I think we can do better.

I'm new to stamp collecting and want to know whether stamps that are canceled (i.e. stamps that are marked from being in transit from the postal carrier) lose their value because they're marked? Or is collecting mainly reserved to unused stamps?

I need it in a straight bar-type form at least 1 meter (3ish feet) long. I also need to be able to drill into it. I'm using it for a chassis to a car I'm making. Style doesn't matter. Also helpful would be where I could get it.

I had the idea of creating and selling crafts like painted t-shirt, postcard, tole painting, priate stuff, corcheted juwely amoung other things. But I tend to get lazy and distracted a lot. Should I just fous or just make stuff for myself when the mood stricks me?

I was wondering if you could use air dry clay the same as you would with polymer clay in a skinner blend. Has anyone tried this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am making a class keepsake for our 2nd grade class to be auctioned off. I woulld like to photogragh each child and transfer the picture onto a piece of tile. I would then like to make a mosaic cross (to hang on a wall) with those tiles. First is it possible and second would it be very hard. I am not very crafty. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I personally love the new dollar coins, in fact I like all dollar coins, and half dollars. I plan to use them at every opportunity. Anyone else feel the same way?

I have mine from 1968 and it is 47 feet long. I keep it in a glass jar and it is a wonderful conversation piece. Then I have to get it out and show it off!! I have taught all the kids at church to make one. That's where I worked on mine ( sorry Lord) when I was about 7. I would fold all the pieces then take them home and add them on. I have some very vintage wrappers.

Hi. So theres this candy machine here at work... and i sit all day long and stare at it.. i'm half way trough the m&m, and its not gonna get refilled. since that company closed and i dont have the key. And my boss doesn't give a royal shiznard.

And i was wondering what kind of tools i can use to make a coin i fit in there and draw as much candy as i want since i can pull it back out.

This is a 25 cent candy machine, where u simply put the coins in, and roll the quarter and the candy fall as u do it.

Anybody know? thanks
