I want to to do a mickey mouse crystal motif using a bead pattern. Do someone have one or know where to find it?

No, Disney does not make patterned beads. They may license them, though. They may also license patterns to make Disney images with non-patterned beads. Try looking in Google or Dogpile -- or try asking a real question that we can really answer for you.

Learn to do this hand held needle weaving technique, then draw out Mickey on a beading chart and weave away!!!

when you find a beading technique you like, draw a pattern and copy.
also you can always stitch the beads onto a felt background then cover the back with all the stitching with a satin against your skin
There are Mickeys available in counted cross stitch and plastic canvas that should translate to beads.
