ok, I need to find out how much material I need. Heres what it says:

D Costume: Bondice and skirt
45"** 1 1/4, 1 1/4, 1 1/4, 1 3/8, 1 1/2, Yd

Sleeves and Hat- 7/8 yd. 45"**

Interfacing-3/4 yd. of 22" to 36" heavyweight fusible

Wire Edged Ribbon-1 5/8 yd of 1 3/8" wide

...it says that ** means with nap. Here is what I think. I wanted to go with the smallest size so 1 1/4 yd for the skirt plus another 7/8 yd. for the sleeves. I am assuming that the material is the same for the sleeves, hat, and wire ribbon. ?? What I am most confused about is what 45"** means and what is heavyweight fusible? Is that some kind of padding or something? If it isnt then does it have to be the same as the other fabric?
I'm so lost, please help me.

I love knick knacks. ALOT. I have so many, that I have had to rid my house of any furniture to make room all over the floor for them. The guest bedroom hasn't been used in years, because of a town famous incident where someone killed themselves with one of my knick knacks. How do I get over this obsession? How many more have to die?

The site "Gran's Front Porch" was so terrific, and I really miss it. That is the type of printables I'm hoping to find.

I have a few patterns I'm fond of, but my bust is too big, I'd have to alter the pattern. I'd hate to waste the time paying for everything, only to find it can't be done. Advice?

Do you tape the sides and ends together reinforcing them by doing it on both side when you join the sides and front back and bottom together on a duct tape purse? Thank you for your answers.

I play for beer once a week and I hold the scoring record in every pub I know that has a dart board. Plus I haven't lost a game in three years. Do you think I should try it professionally?

I am making a children's book for my nephew as his christmas present. He is the main character and I plan on writing the story and doing all the artwork. I want the finished product to look professional, but I don't know how to do it. I have a sort of rough draft with the illustrations done in cardstock paper. I thought about making copies of those on a color printer and folding it up to make a kind of homemade paperback book, but I'd really like something that looks more professional. I can't find anything on-line except services for writers wanting to publish and market their books, but I just want one book for my nephew. And I want it to be my illustration and writing so it is more personal, so any service that creates a storybook for you is no good either. Does anyone know of a service that will publish just one copy of a book? Or do you know anyway to craft a professional looking book yourself at home?

This poem is dedicated to my friend witch we both now live in different states...

AS the tall majestic palms sway in the warm summer breeze, I look out to the wide open sea, so deep and blue ,like the me I never knew, the sweet whisper of the wind flooded the air, like the ocean without a care, A glance at the past is like watching sand slip through an hour glass, ohh how I miss the green green grass, the sweet smelling flowers, and the peaceful songs of the wild birds, as I stared at the gentle water that flowed under the bridge, I realized something I never knew I missed the most, the soft kiss of the sun on your dark brown hair, or the way you smiled when I made you laugh, , the sun is setting now and the sun changes into moon as the sky darkens ,I glare at the moon and hope you are too, things don’t seem right when you're not by my side, Now I must say goodbye before the thoughts of you make me cry.

she looks at you, you look at her, your eyes meet in the seeming less world of love and drama ,she smiles at you ,you smile at her ,you say hi she says hi , your souls entwine in the beauty of life , your spirit flows like the ocean in hers, you fall so deep into her gaze you seem to get lost in the pool of her eyes, your flirting is so obvious for the whole world to see, you get so excited when you see her you about pee, you plead on the inside " don’t go im crazy over you" but these feelings will never escape , never be herd , they will always just be feelings, bottled up in side like a genie , rub her twice shell give you a wish, love I don’t get , still to be uncovered, discovered, explored, people call us crazy ,weird ,insane, but its just love that’s made us this way, they call love gay, stupid, for losers, but it’s the closest thing we have to magic, love the greatest thing we have, so celebrate it all your life , maybe shell find out one day when you look into her eyes and there it is , the love flowing out bursting like fireworks , the truth burning inside , then it pops out , lovers for life .

little girl's sundress, could be made all by hand with no machinery. Using a 48 chain to start and an F hook. I believe the pattern of the top portion of the dress was scalloped like shells.

I am making a baby quilt with "cowboy colors".
Deep brown
Canberry
Rich gold
Medium hunter green
These fabrics make up a four patch and have slightly different patterns but all of them have a Swede look. (100% cotton)
They will be off-set with a medium light swede looking green. (This gives it a very "cheery" up-beat look)
I think it looks very sharp, but my daughter thinks it looks too "old" for a baby.
Do you think I should make one with common little boy colors instead? Just needing some opinions. I know its hard without actually looking at it, but .........tell me what you think.
