Simplex seems to be the name of the manufacture. It has a book. It also has alot of parts in a original box. Its extremely heavy and in considerably good condition. No rust etc. Box is even in pretty good shape.. Other than smelling musty its nice and very simple if you know what I mean.

Is Simplex the name of the manufacturer or the model name? Is it's just the model name, do you know the manufacturer? If not, you may be able to find that by checking on the underside of the machine. I'd recommend using Google or Dogpile to find any info you can on the machine. You may be able to find a book at the library that list the value of older machines. I can't imagine any sewing machine less than 60 or 75 years old being worth very much, though, especially if it's an electric model with a foot pedal -- unless it's rare for some reason. Don't get your hopes up too high. If you can't find anything anywhere on it, phone a local antiques dealer. He or she may be able to point you in the right direction for your area.

in case you do websearch for the maker of your stitching gadget you will be waiting to get a factors itemizing. in case you recognize that it makes use of a few truly undemanding factors like Singer, you could circulate to anyplace that sells singer factors and machines and get those bits. till you're doing a marriage dress with a million or so miles of ruffles, that's plenty much less complicated to run 2 rows heavier thread unbalanced to make the gathers. I truly have performed a variety of wedding ceremony robes with the distinctive million miles of ruffles. won't do yet another ever lower back!!! each and every thing else may well be performed the previous school way with a pair of strains of accumulating threads.
