thanks folks! for the best answer i'll look for 2 things <1> """plain flavor""" (ie:white yellow cake color.... no "shocking chocolate" or "pumpkin quake" like what there is in some o those restaraunts) (toping should be fruit.. or nuts..or.. ok, anything goes for the topping... but i'm liking red and/or blue fruit even green...hmm.. green would be intresting... ) anyway next: <2>as all natural as possible..(pretend I have a field with all the fruit trees, eggs, milk ect ect ect... thats how i would want to make this cake, to be able to go pick the ingreidients right off the trees ect ect... cant pick splenda or other chemical manufactured stuff off trees so avoid those.. if possible ofcourse :) about the only manufactured thing that i would 'let off' "might" be a little sugar. Of course, only a 'true' chef will meet these two criteria with no effort at all, but such chefs are few and seldom online. so any ol recipe is fine, but only if you think so too! thanks again!

There is a type of tea that I heard of on the cooking show, "Simply Ming". It is a Japanese green tea that is extremely healthy for you. I was wondering what the name of it was, and where I could find it. I think it was something like Machi tea (pronounced like "mah- chee". Any information would be helpful.

Thanks a lot!!!

I'm trying to decide between a sandwich at Starbucks, some Kraft mac and cheese, canned raviolis, or a PB & J sandwich. (Yeah, all junk food.)

-And I know this is a stupid question; if you think so, simply don't answer it! =)

I don't have a microwave, and so I have to make my hot chocolate by heating up the milk in a sauce pan. I use a brisk to stir it as often as possible but it always somehow burns to the bottom of the pan. Does anyone know a different method to heat up milk without a microwave? Thanks a lot for your help.

In a fit of sale-induced mania, I bought some candy canes for 75% off, thinking I could use them next Christmas. But I wondered if they would still be fresh next year. I know they won't go bad, but I want to make sure they don't lose any flavor.

I know green tea is supposed to be really healthy, so I have tried drinking some everyday. However, after I have had the tea for a few days I start to feel nauseated and I throw up. I am not sure if it is because maybe I stopped drinking it for a day and my system revolted or what. This has happened various times, years apart. Is it because of the caffeine? I don't drink coffee or pop very often so maybe my system isn't used to the caffeine?
