There is a type of tea that I heard of on the cooking show, "Simply Ming". It is a Japanese green tea that is extremely healthy for you. I was wondering what the name of it was, and where I could find it. I think it was something like Machi tea (pronounced like "mah- chee". Any information would be helpful.

Thanks a lot!!!

I think it is Matcha. 抹茶in Japanese. In Japan, people drink it with a Japanese sweet in a tea ceremony because it has a slight bitter tast . I don't know where you can get the products in the United States( because I live in Japan now )but you can buy them on amazon. co. jp. and they are genuine.

I hope this could help.
