When you get home eat dinner first. This will make sure you have enough energy. Just make sure you wait at least 30 minutes after you eat before you work out. But the best way is to eat a small dinner (a small sandwich and some carrots) and then when you get home eat another small dinner. This makes sure that you have enough energy while working out but then you also still have something after working out.

Im having a sandwich at starbucks!!!! Maybe we could see each other if you live in Florida...otherwise go with the mac and cheese I would have that but Im too lazy today!

I would only do the Starbucks thing if it's one of the Starbucks that banned trans fat. Otherwise, go with the Mac and Cheese.

I was wondering the same thing. I think I'll start off with a Beams Choice and lime diet coke for a appitiser. Then maybe some peanut butter, always a favorite on a stormy night.

You're right, this is a stupid question, but if you have 4 things in mind to eat, how is anyone here in cyberspace supposed to know what it is you're hungry for?? You are old enough to be on the Internet, so YOU figure it out. Would you really eat what people on here tell you anyway?? Cause each answer will be different and you'll be eating everything you mentioned and more.

I would go with the mac and cheese if you have a tomato chop it up and add. Its a good warm dinner. What ever you chose have a good night.
