To me it looks like they use ground chicken (like hamburger) and water chestnuts with a brown sauce that is not creamy but does have some kick to it, maybe ginger. You spread this chicken stuff on a lettuce leaf (like a taco) and put some white rice type noodles on top(these noodles look like they are made of cellophane or styrofoam. Then you wrap it up and eat it.

Okay, it all began when my Spanish teacher (I really dislike her) assigned us this project on Latin foods. I would need to have a simple recipe that can be made in a little while. Thanx! Really appreciate it. Send me any kind of recipe for Latin food, spain, mexico, etc.

I have an Indian friend who brought some sweets into the office and they are sprinkled with silver foil. Why would someone put silver foil on a sweet? It's like eating aluminum foil or something.

We just returned from a cruise to Mexico and while in Costa Maya, our tour guide had bought this coconut bread from a local. It was delicious! It was almost like coconut wrapped in a narrow tortilla or something and it was a long tube. When you bit into it, there was toasted coconut inside? I would love to make this.

I discovered that many spices indeed have been used, but the food wasn't that spicy-hot. Was that because I ate in an American Indian restaurant, or because the food is not that spicy in general?
