drinking water is good for you, whether it is warm or cold is personal preference. I LOVE cold water, freezing with ice!
I drink more than 8 glasses a day & am in great health.

Jackee215 is absolutely right but another reason is that our 'insides' are naturally quite warm and the introduction of a cold beverage or ice cream (for example) while trying to digest solids, can cause discomfort for a stomache that is normally comfy in the warmth of our internal temp. Therefore, cold drinks and food can cause cramps or indigestion.

Cold water wil solidify the fats that are included in our food, therefore, collecting in the veins ,arteries, and colon. However, drinking warm liquids will make it go through the body system much easier to be expelled!

never ever hav water with ur food as it dilutes all the enzymes that r needed by our body to digest the food.
if u r taking medications or supplements, try having those during mealtimes with minimal water.
if u need to hav water, its okay, don't make it a habit
its recommended by the yogi s that u hav water after 1hr after ur food!
hope that helped
