Puerto Rican Steamed Rice

Coquinegra gave you a great recipe, although i would add one thing to it. Some mojito to dip the tostones in. Mojito is a garlic dip which is so easy so to. Take some good olive oil (I prefer Goya), pour some in a dish, add some freshe crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and some oregano. Heat in up a little in a microwave so that the garlic releases its flavor in the oil. That's it. You dont need any exact measurments cause it's all in how garlicky or salty you want it. This dip taste so good with tostones!
