Hi, I would like to ask for help from our Korean friends.
Sometimes when you come to a Korean restaurant, you sit on the floor at the table with a little grill in the middle of it, and the waiter serves raw sliced pork. You cook it yourself, then you put it on a leaf of salary, add rice, garlic, etc. I need to know - what is the name of that table, and where can I get one in US? Thank you so much!

By fusion food, I mean entrees that blend two or more cultural styles of cuisine? For example, I've seen an ad for an appetizer called "Southwestern eggrolls," which I assume has both what we'd consider "Mexican" and "Asian" ingredients.

Ive been trying to make kimchi and radish kimchi. All the time they came out bad and into the trash. The kimchi came out not sour at all like it supposed to be, the radish soaked and absorbed even more water into it. Not sour at all but just watery look and bitter taste.
Anyone has any suggestion to make it good, sour, not watery, and not bitter?
Thanks,

I love the Korean restaurant shows on International channel in 2005 (now AZN Television). Unfortunately, now they don't broadcast those shows anymore.
The shows were about a group of people with their own talk stage designed with some tables and foods for participatants(???spell check?) at the end of the shows. They would watch around 10 or so best restaurants and their best recipes of Korea (in South Korea). These don't have any subtitle and people often got their mouth watered ( expression) each time watching how the foods were made from each of the selected restaurants chosen for the show.
Anyway, if anyone can tell me where adn how to get any chance to look or watch these shows again...or buying or downloading any Korean cooking, food videos or clips, I'd greatly appreciate that! Thanks,
