mars bars counted as ethnic cuisine if you are not scottish

deep-fried mars bars are a very common delicacy in Scotland and other European countries (especially when eaten with fish and "chips"). the deep-fried part originated in scotland, so i guess they would be consired "ethnic".... but if you're just talking about mars bars alone, the just plain old mars bars made in the USA.

I did not know that Mars bars were Scottish! Deep frying them would melt them!!!

Sure...why not...I suppose, if you are arguing a point...if you are trying to find an ethnic food from Scotland, why don't you just use Haggis?

I didn't realize it was an ethnic thing. You can get them all over state fairs.
