When I needed it to try a new recipe, it was a pain to find! Look in the peanut butter aisle. Kid you not, it was next to the peanut butter alternatives such as soy, sunflower, and almond butters. Personally, I didn't care for it. i thought it was bitter.

If you have a specialty store (Middle Eastern store or a Whole Foods) The regular grocery stores are starting to do the International sections. It would be most likely in the Middle Eastern Section. It is hard to say because it would depend on the grocer. If you don't need it right away I know you can order on line. Good luck on your hunt!

You didn't say where you're from or what grocery stores you have in your city, so....
I'm from San Diego, and I go to Von's. They have the tahini in the Asian foods section. You could also visit specialty asian markets or stores to find it.
Hope that helps :)

Most stores have an International section . If not look in the Kosher food or Jewish section. You could also try a jewish or Middle Eastern deli.
