Beer, Wine & Spirits - February 2007

Ok so tell me is this beer (Pure Blonde) fattening or not...? It says no fat, no carb, no sugar but surely it must be a little fattening for you ITS BEER FOR GODS SAKE. Can some one help me because as I am not an alcoholic I DO love the taste of beer and enjoy one or two at a sess but would be stoked if it was good for you........??

not like a black and mild but like one of those big cigars from the cigar shop. what does it compare to. i've smoked weed, clove cigarettes, bidis, hav a tampas, and black n milds, do those big cigars compare to any of those things

i don't try to drink my problems away. usually the first couple hours i'm extremely happy then i just crash and burn. why?? i should mention that i have major majorrrrrrr depression...but even when i'm around ppl and i'm trashed i just start crying. thank god this time i'm alone. but why does this happen? why can't i be a happy drunk?

Just curious - I really don't know what's most popular

I'm mainly concerned with the typical 40% drinks that have no added sugar or flavourings, ie. Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, Rum, Tequila, etc.

Don't bother with stuff like amaretto, triple sec, shnapps, and the like. There are too many of them.

I just noticed that Chateau Smith-Haut-Lafitte in Pessac-Leognan in Bordeaux makes a Kosher bottling in addition to their regular Grand Vin. I don't think I've ever seen this in Bordeaux before. What would be the difference?

I had about 1/3 to 1/2 a bottle of jack daniles in like 20 minutes. Definitely under 30-45 mins. It was mixed with CoKe. I am 140 pound guy who dosent drink verry often. My friends say i came close to dying that night lol. I dont remember a thing and was drunk the next day. How dangerous was this
