You might have a predisposition towards diabetes. As it is you are retaining water which is neither good for your heart and is overtaxing your liver and kidneys. Some people can drink the brewery dry, but in your case you are killing yourself.

The word "few" means many different things to many different people. Try 1 bottle and next no bottle if your legs get better you have a cure.

My legs ache like hell when I've had a few, apparently due to alcohols relaxant effect. Feet can swell due to dodgey circulation.

Maybe your allergic to barley or hops or just somethng in beer that your body does not like.Ask your doctor!!
