There is a drink that was made specifically to help people ease their hangovers. Its called the bloody mary. Try it out.

Do not lay in bed. Get up and go outside for a walk. As crappy as you feel, getting up and moving around and getting some fresh air cures a hangover a lot faster than laying in bed. I also find that sitting in a hot tub and putting your head under the water cures a hangover pretty quickly... if you have access to a hot tub, that is.

Stay hydrated. Water, gatorade, anything. Drink a lot of fluids. Also, next time you drink have two advil and a glass of water before you go to bed. Or as the previous user said, drink water while drinking. Like in between drinks. Another thing that works for me is eating when I'm done drinking. Food absorbs the alcohol. As for now.... just stay hydrated and get lots of sleep. Not much else you can do. Sorry!

I drink Dr Pepper to help with the dry mouth and gut rot. Other than that, just rest and try to eat something. Nothing can really get the alcohol out of your blood except time. 2 hours for every hour you drank.

Hair of the dog. You're suffering alcohol withdrawal symptoms, and the surest way to stop them is to stop withdrawing. Depending on your level of queasiness, I'd suggest possibly a Brown Cow or a Bloody Mary.

Drink some Gatorade, hot tomato soup with cayenne pepper in it, a grilled cheese sandwich, some ginger ale soda(canada dry), and plenty of water.

Drink as much water as possible and then just go to sleep. Unfortunately time is the only cure.

Ginger ale, lots of water, and don't eat anything. Aspirin helps too. Don't drink again for awhile. Give your liver a rest!

If your government didn't ban it then you could have vegemite on toast - full of vitamin B - it fixes you up in no time. Otherwise a can of coke never fails - get that blood sugar level up!
