Ask him if he likes fruit shakes and serve these or ask him and give him whatever he asks for. Then if he says anything will do maybe the best is to play safe. Serve him maybe some fruit shakes like maybe fresh mango shake or fresh water melon shake, or fresh watermelon and lychee shake with milk. These fresh fruit shakes are best with ice and syrup depending on his preferences of course. Then there are the juices like apple, orange, grape, pineapple orange, fourseasons, etc. There are also coffees, served cold or hot. There's also hot or cold chocolate. There's also icecream floats or shakes, If he's on a diet, ice cold water will do. It he's Chinese maybe he prefers warm or hot water or tea. There's also ice teas of different kinds. I guess the best is to ask him and decide from there.

Try the black seaweed jelly with ginger juice, honey and ginger ale with freshly grated zest of lime. Chop the seaweed jelly and mix the remaining ingredients together, put them in a pitcher with plenty of ice and then serve.
