Say for example I have 2 choices:

1.) I can eat 1 banana, 3 scoops of ice cream, and drink 1 tall glass of milk all within 30 minutes

OR

2.) I can combine all 3 ingredients together in a blender and drink the entire thing in less than 15 minutes

Which is the healthier way to consume the ingredients? And why, when I do the second choice I feel less full wheras if i did the first choice I feel a bit overstuffed. Any additional details would be great. thanks

I'm just about the pickiest eater on planet earth. I love sweets and junk food, and dislike the taste of many veggies, so not eating meat really makes it hard for me to just eat healthy,

so although im forcing myself to just eat foods i hate the taste of, I'd really like to know if anyone has good vegan or vegetarian snacks, or meal ideas that someone like me could eat on a regular basis?

Also, do you think it's possible to use Boca burgars to substitue into hamburger helper? ... I know if I could make that, I'd eat it all the time to get the protein I need.

I made a key lime pie today, it had a nice flavor but the filling was too airy. While airy can be good, I was going for a denser creamier texture. I used 3 jumbo egg yolks at room temperature beaten for about 5 minutes in an upright mixer. To that I added one 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk which mixed for about 4 minutes and then 2/3 of a cup of fresh squeezed lime juice and zest, mixed just enough to totally incorporate (less than 30 seconds). What can I do to make my pie thicker, more egg yolks? cream cheese? Thank you :-)

Just this evening I heard of a new recall/warning on Swanson's Chicken and Turkey Pot Pies. Any pie that has the combination 'P9' on the side should be sure to be cooked throughly. There have been outbreaks of Salmonella poisoning from these pies. If you eat them, make sure their internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. This will kill the salmonella bacteria.
I tell you all because I have been one of the ones infected with the salmonella bacteria. We knew that I had it but until tonight, we did not know how I ingested it. Now I am warning all of you.
