I heard that tea makes you dehydrated...but than I also heard that if you drink a cold drink youll pee faster but if you drink a warm drink you will pee slower...

antioxidants in tea flush your system of impurities. (Caffeine is a diuretic, makes you pee.)

There is no cafein in tea but teain - just stimulate the function and accelerate the process of urin - the volume is not increased but goes faster in a short time - don't forget HOW MUCH tea you drunk
I heard that tea addiction is bad for iron oligo-element - if you have a deficit in iron - you should forget tea

i don't think tea make you pee so much where as water or cold drinks or beer.
please consult doctor if possible
