Say for example I have 2 choices:

1.) I can eat 1 banana, 3 scoops of ice cream, and drink 1 tall glass of milk all within 30 minutes

OR

2.) I can combine all 3 ingredients together in a blender and drink the entire thing in less than 15 minutes

Which is the healthier way to consume the ingredients? And why, when I do the second choice I feel less full wheras if i did the first choice I feel a bit overstuffed. Any additional details would be great. thanks

when you say "i loose the goodness by blending" does that mean i lose the nutritional value? does blending the ingredients make you lose some of the nutrients?

They're equal when it comes to health since they're the same ingredients. You might feel full for the first choice simply because it's 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes, so that feeling of being satisfied had already kicked in.

That's one of the reasons people start a meal with soup or salad and then go to the main course. They'll likely eat less of the main course if it is served/consumed after a lighter course takes the edge off the appetirte.

Fresh is best.

When you blend, of course the texture is changed and you lose goodness from doing so.

I would definitely say example no 1.

ENJOY.
