I am looking for beer bottling information for my degree thesis in the university, i would like to know if a beer can be bottled on any colour bottle. The common colour for beer bottles is the amber and I know that it is for beer protection from the UV and light, but there are other colours like clear and green bottles, i will appreciate any help.

Thanks, i will appreciate any help

How long does baking soda last pat the expiration date?

I want to do some baking, but the only baking soda that I can find in the house is an opened 10 lb box, but I can't tell the entire expiration date because it is partially blocked by the store bar code tag which I can't remove.

How long does baking soda last?

Kraft macaroni and cheese? (Not the ones from the website, I want your own personal additions. I know about adding hot dogs and chili powder.)

Also, do you make it according to the instructions or do you have your own style?

I like to put chunks of country ham in mine. I also make the sauce a special way. I melt butter in a cup, add the cheese sauce stirring until all of the lumps are out, add a dash of milk, stirring again and then pour it over the macaroni.

The box cake calls for 1 1/3 cup water, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. I accidentally put in 1 1/3 cup oil and 1/2 cup water.

I haven't baked it yet - is it going to be gross? Should I just toss it?

I have a stressful job and sometimes I just want to make something quick, easy and calming to make for dinner for me and my husband when I get home.
I'm kind of a picky eater and I'm not a gourmet chef so the less exotic and more simple it is, the better.
Thanks!!

My five year old daughter invited our neighbor over for a “fancy restaurant” dinner Sunday. Desert has been decided: Waffles topped with fresh fruit and redi-whip.

What should I fix for the main course? No sugar and no beef. I can think of several dishes that I would like to prepare (spaghetti, hamburgers, chicken with broccoli and cheese), but none of them sound right when followed by fruit and waffles.

She is going to have about six or seven close friends over for the day, all girls and between ages 10 to 13. We are eating homemade tacos. I want to have an ice cream birthday and I'm planning on buying over 8 different flavors of ice cream, over 22 different toppings and candies to put in the ice cream and including brownies. I made out cute little menus for the ice cream where they can either customize their own or "order" a mixture that I created. I just need more ice cream ideas, what to do about the decorations and what to do for games and what movies to watch. Help!

I know that a lot of people ask here and then go to the web. But often I ask because I know something about the recipe I'm asking about and want personal, tried and true, family recipes. My mother gave me some that I use over and over again and when I go to the web and look, hers are usually a little better because she actually fed a lot of people with them so they modified Darwinistically into darn fine ones.

So, sometimes I'm only interested in responses dealing with personal recipes. I've tried asking before and am often given a web site without so much as a comment. How can I get around this and not be a bully boy?

First, it IS true that plants release chemicals when physically damaged. To compare this to pain is a sign of idiocy.

The definition of pain (medterms. com)
" An unpleasant sensation that can range from mild, localized discomfort to agony."

"Unpleasant" and "sensation" are words that denote the presence of an organ (brain) that can decipher and process sensory messages. Plants don't have such an organ. Their sensory messages are purely chemical. Their responses are purely chemical. A plant does not have a nervous system.
