Well, I already ate. I was lazy, so I ate an avocado and some tuna salad. Yum!
Here is a quick recipe that almost everybody likes. I used to make it for my kids when they were growing up, and they still ask me to make it when they visit.
Tuna Cheesies
*Loaf of Italian Bread, cut into one-person sized pieces
*Spread mayonnaise on the bread pieces
*Make tuna salad (Tuna, mayo, onion, salt, pepper-whatever you like)
*Spread tuna salad on bread pieces
*Slice a large, ripe tomato and place on top of the tuna salad, salt and pepper it
*Place cheese slices on top of the tomato
*Bake in oven at about 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown
I used to serve this with a fruit salad on the side. It sounds too simple to be good- but it is delicious. Ask anyone who has eaten it!

Last night I made dinner in about 30 minutes and had the most complements in a long time.
I know this sounds weird, but it is a true recipe and a true delight
Fresh broccoli cut to bite size pieces ( enough for how many you plan to serve)
1/4 proportion of sliced green grapes9Slice in 1/2 or 1/4)
1 to 2 bananas sliced in slices
Mix with a good creamy poppy seed dressing - I used Kraft- do not overkill with dressing.
I then sprinkled hamburg patties with steak seasoning and grilled on Mr. Foreman.
Covered the patties with provolone cheese and listens to um-ms and ahas
Believe me this is great and easy .
Everyone looked at the salad and said no way, but at the end of the meal the bowl was empty, and my husband asked me to make some for his office because he said no one will believe it unless they try it
