And how big? I usually drink on a bottle and it says size 8 FL OZ (2 servings per container) How many of these do i have to drink?

Well, doctors will tell you that you should drink 8 glasses a day but I disagree. I think that is a little too much. I usually drink about 3 glasses a day tops. I would say you should drink at LEAST 3 of those 8 oz bottles of water a day. Water is the best thing you can drink and has no calories.

I believe it is 8 glasses of water a day. One cup is 8 fl oz. that is why the serving size is 8 oz.

The 8 glasses of water a day is A MYTH!

Drink when you're thirsty. There's no real firm number.
Many people will tell you to drink 8 cups a day minimum, but there is no scientific basis for that recommendation.

You have to drink half your body weight in ounces a day. My dad is in to all the PH of the body and stuff. He drinks 4 or 5 BIG water jugs a day.
