it was an appitizer at applebee's.

its italian. and has tomatoes, and a basalmic vinagerette sauce and ciliantro. it comes with toasted bread. and cheese (ricatta and other cheeses)

you take the bread and put cheese on it and put the tomatoes on the cheese..

i really want to know what this is called because i want to make it.♥

im getting a bit freaked out by all these tv programmes telling me whats in my food, on the one hand im glad that i know whats going into it but on the other hand i really dont want to eat anything. its not just meat though its everything they add to give it a longer shelf life. ive decided to stop eating meat, 'cos the other day i had spicy chicken fillet, only when i cut it open you could see it wasnt a breast fillet it was chopped and shaped so who knows what ive been eating, i havnt eaten sausages for ages since finding out they put bits of pigs face in them URRGGHHHH!!!!!! i just feel sick, how can i enjoy my food again? please tell me before i waste away :(

I have a Brinkmann Electric Smoker. First time I used it, the wood chips that generate smoke burned fine. After a few more uses, many were still not being consumed, and the amount of smoke it generates is minimal.
Anyone knows whats up? I clean everything throughly after each use.
Is the volcanic rock losing their heating properties?
